Our story

ProComply was founded on a simple observation: tradespeople and small contractors are expected to maintain the same compliance documentation as large corporations, but without the same resources. A single safety consultant can cost $150–$300 per hour, and most off-the-shelf compliance templates are generic, overpriced, or both.

We set out to change that. By combining deep knowledge of trade regulations with modern technology, we create professional-grade compliance templates that are specific to your trade, affordable, and ready to customize for your business.

Our mission

Every worker deserves a safe workplace. Every contractor deserves access to the documentation that makes it possible. We believe compliance should not be a luxury reserved for companies with six-figure safety budgets.

How our products are made

We use a combination of regulatory research, industry expertise, and AI-assisted content generation to produce our templates and study materials. Every product is reviewed for accuracy and completeness before publication.

We are transparent about our process: AI technology helps us generate comprehensive first drafts efficiently, which allows us to offer prices far below traditional consulting. However, AI can make errors, which is why we always recommend professional review of any compliance document before implementation.
